Certified Collision Center is a family-oriented company owned and operated by the Ruiz family in San Antonio, Texas. Our Collision Center has been in business for 5 years however, our staff and technicians have over 30 years of expert experience in collision repair and are ICAR certified.

There are several things that make Certified Collision Center unique to San Antonio and the collision repair industry.

 

First, we work with all insurance companies, but do NOT work for them. Certified Collision Center is an independent repair center. This means we work directly FOR our customers, not the mandates of insurance companies. As such, we are not held to the corporate timelines that larger chain repair centers are held to. This is what allows Certified Collision Center to maintain its customer-focused approach and complete your repair job faster that any chain repair center.

 

 At Certified Collision Center we treat our customers with respect. Our goal is to earn your trust and help you feel comfortable about handling your repair. We do that by providing continuous communication during your vehicle repair process and completing it in a prompt timeframe.

Certified Collision Center is ICAR Gold certified. This means that our technicians have achieved and maintained the required level of training and excellence standards within the collision repair field. We hold ICAR Gold certifications in Nissan, Honda, Infiniti, Hyundai, Kia and FCA which includes Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Chrysler, and Mopar.  Additionally, our technicians are ICAR Platinum certified and continue to enhance their expertise through required and extensive training. Less than 20% of collision centers in the U.S. are ICAR Gold Certified.  Our ICAR certification provides our customers peace of mind knowing that their vehicles will be repaired correctly and to OEM standards. We want to get you back on the road safely.
